OUR APPROACH TO LEGAL ENQUIRIES

Due to our focus on strategic litigation, we do not offer general legal advice or take on individual casework. Our legal work prioritises cases that can set legal precedents, influence policy, and have a wider public impact.

If you believe your case has the potential to drive systemic legal change - such as a legal challenge against discrimination, a policy-based judicial review, or a freedom of speech case with national significance - we encourage you to get in touch.

While we cannot take on every case, we carefully review all legal enquiries to assess whether they align with our strategic priorities. If we are unable to provide direct support, we may be able to signpost you to relevant organisations that specialise in case-by-case legal representation.
